Privacy & booking terms

These terms apply to bookings for DandiyaRaas Season 4, on 18 October 2026, 5–10 PM, at Bageecha The Party Lawn, Near Red Cross, Gandhi Maidan, Gaya.

Your booking

A single pass costs ₹249 and admits one guest; a couple pass costs ₹449 and admits two; a full family pass costs ₹899 and admits four. You can combine single, couple and family passes in one booking. Each guest receives a separate QR ticket after payment is confirmed. Each QR permits one entry and is marked used on successful check-in. Keep tickets private; sharing a QR could allow someone else to use it first.

Information we collect

The first attendee is the primary booking contact. Their name, email and mobile number are required. Each attendee’s name, age and gender are required; email is optional for all other attendees. We do not collect mobile numbers for other attendees. Names, ages and genders are displayed below individual ticket QR codes. The QR payload contains a random ticket identifier. Attendee details and payment references are stored in Supabase and are accessible to authorised event staff for booking support and check-in.

Payments and delivery

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not collect or store UPI PINs, banking passwords or full card information. All attendees’ QR codes are sent together as individually named files to the first attendee’s primary email only. Other attendees’ email addresses are not used for QR delivery. You can also save or print tickets from the confirmation page. Please contact the organiser if payment is deducted but tickets do not appear; check the existing payment before placing a duplicate booking.

Booking for other people

Provide accurate information and obtain permission before sharing someone else’s details. A parent or guardian must authorise information supplied for a minor. If the first attendee is a child, use a parent or guardian’s email and mobile number as the primary contact details.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

All confirmed bookings are final. Cancellations and refunds are not available. Check the date, pass and guest details before paying. For corrections or entry questions, contact the event organiser.
